Affordable therapy designed to fit your needs.

A calm therapy office without people, featuring a deep navy upholstered armchair facing a low, pale oak coffee table with a closed leather-bound journal and a smooth river stone stacked on top. Floor-to-ceiling windows reveal a distant, stormy coastline with waves crashing against dark rocks, viewed through slightly misted glass. Soft, diffused overcast light fills the room, muting colors and creating gentle, elongated shadows. Shot at eye level with photographic realism, using a shallow depth of field that keeps the interior in sharp focus while the dramatic ocean remains slightly blurred, suggesting safety, privacy, and a professional yet comforting atmosphere.

All payments are submitted through a HIPPA compliant online payment system on the SimplePractice therapy portal.

Out-of-Network Billing:

I do provide superbills upon request if you would like to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement of your sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the $150 fee for the booked time.

You have the right to a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your care will cost. You will receive this estimate prior to your first session. Here is a link that explains your rights further: http://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
